《阿笨与阿占》（日文：パン＆ジェームズのおつかい大挑戦！，英文：The Adventure of Pan and James），台译《狗狗猩猩大冒险》是一套动物达成任务的写真历险节目。 节目原是日本电视台《天才！志村动物园》（天才!志村どうぶつ園）内的一个单元节目，由2005年8月中旬起播映至今。主角“阿笨”与“阿占”接受驯兽师爸爸宫泽厚先生的指示，由阿笨领着忠实伙伴阿占出行，学习人类生活的礼仪之余，并努力达成宫泽先生给他们的任务。 节目内宫泽先生先交托任务予阿笨（给它舐一下认味道或给它一个样本傍身），任务途中有不少是城市人从小必经学习的如坐火车站买票、听从店主或车务人员指示，善用背包银包和穿
